Happy Easter!

The weather around here is getting SOOOOO nice! We went out for our first bike ride a few weeks ago after Todd used our REI dividend and his 20% coupon to land himself an early birthday present (road bike). We've been out playing in the back yard a lot, as you can see. We're also getting so exceited to start camping with our little guy! We bought our first pop-up trailer and already have a few dates set up to go with Grandma and Grandpa.
Isaac is trying so hard to crawl and he does get around, but more through rolling and dragging himself across the floor. It is some version of an army crawl, although if he was a soldier, um well lets just say he wouldn't make it past basic training.....he's a little on the slow sie. BUT put him on his feet and hold onto his little hands and he will walk across the room faster than most of us can. He well walk and never crawl.
We hope you are all well and can't wait for the adventures of the summer. Please let us know if ANY of you want to join in on the summer fun. We would love to see more of our friends and family!

February

Well the month of February has so far brought lots of fun times to the Heimbuck house.
Todd and I were able to head to Fort Collins over Valentine's Weekend and had a great time at our Cousins' Scott and Kelly's for dinner with some other GREAT new friends. It was our 2nd date since Isaac arrived. (Yeah I know that's pathetic) Anyway we then got Date number three when my dad came down and Todd and I went to a movie (BLIND SIDE). This week was also the start of lent and Isaac and Mommy went to get ashes on Ash Wednesday, HE IS A CHAMP at Church. This past weekend we were so excited and got out our snow shoes and headed to the hills. We had so much fun and Isaac LOVED riding up in the pack. To see more pictures go to

So the holidays have come and gone and we had so much fun. Each day continues still to proves to be better than the day before. Isaac is laughing and talking so much. He flirts with just about everyone he comes in contact with. Isaac is eating solid foods and we are hoping to start swimming lessons soon. We also just bought a pop-up camper and can't wait to go on our first camping trip with our little buddy. He's continuing to try and scoot on the carpet but we haven't crawled yet. He walks around when holding onto to our hands and can stand up and hold on to the table. He still loves his pacifier (note the 2 pacifiers in the picture of Isaac in the green striped shirt... one in mouth, one in hand)

Christmas Traditions
Christmas
Well the holidays are over, and it has, once again, taken me way too long to post pictures. We had an incredible Christmas with little Isaac. He didn't much care about presents but loved all the paper and spending time with Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Julie and Uncle Chad. He met Satria for the first time and he even got to go swimming with Aunt Julie. Christmas eve was wonderful and we spent the morning at Abbey and Tracy's house with Emma and Tess enjoying a FABULOUS breakfast and then headed to Fort Collins for the annual festivities. Here's a few pix from our celebrations!
